for the purchase of reports on www.immolex.ch · Last updated: October 2026
Translation of the German version, which alone is binding.
1. Provider and scope
These Terms apply to all orders for reports placed via www.immolex.ch with:
IMMOLEXOwner: Mirco Röthenmund
Hunnenweg 11
4500 Solothurn
Switzerland
Email: dsil@immolex.ch
Any conflicting terms of the customer apply only if we confirm them in writing. Custom data deliveries are subject to separate agreements.
2. Service
A report is a location and market report on a Swiss municipality in PDF format. It is generated automatically at the time of ordering from the IMMOLEX database and from data of the Federal Statistical Office. Its content and structure correspond to the reports and sample analyses described on the website.
The price and supply data are based on properties actually advertised (asking prices). They are not transaction prices, not a valuation of any specific property and not investment, legal or tax advice.
3. Conclusion of the contract and prices
The contract is concluded as soon as payment has been successfully completed. The prices in Swiss francs displayed at the time of ordering apply. Prices in CHF.
4. Payment
Payment is made in advance via the payment service Stripe, using the payment methods offered there.
5. Delivery
We send the report as a PDF to the email address provided when ordering, usually within a few minutes of payment. In addition, it is available for download for 30 days via the personal order link. Technical disruptions may delay delivery; in this case, we will inform you.
If there are too few data for the selected municipality to produce a meaningful report, we will not deliver a report and will refund the amount paid in full. Individual charts for which there are too few data may be omitted from the report; this does not give rise to any claim to a price reduction.
6. No right of withdrawal
The report is produced individually on the basis of your specifications and delivered immediately after payment. There is no right of withdrawal or return.
7. Rights of use
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the report for your own purposes. You may also pass it on to individual third parties in the course of your own business activities, for example to a client during a consultation. Publication, resale, systematic distribution and removal of the notice in the footer are not permitted. We offer separate licences for the use of the data in your own documents and sales documentation.
8. Warranty and liability
We collect and clean the data with great care. The database reflects advertised supply; we cannot guarantee the completeness and accuracy of every individual value. If a report is defective, we will correct it and deliver it again. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the price paid; liability for indirect and consequential damage is excluded. For intent and gross negligence, we are liable in accordance with the law.
9. Data protection
How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider, unless the law provides for another mandatory place of jurisdiction.
